外籍高层次人才认定流程

1. The application unit begins to submit the application materials online and submit them to the Science and Technology Bureau for review. After the application passes, the Bureau will issue a confirmation letter / recommendation letter. If the application fails, the materials need to be submitted again for review.

1.申报单位开始在网上提交申报材料，递交科技局审核，通过以后会出具确认函/推荐函，不通过需要重新提交材料审核。
